What is Design For Excellence (DFX)?
The main goal of this philosophy is to have such a product realisation process in place that the outcome will always be a robust design. The DFX philosophy coveres at least the following subjecs:
- DFA : Design For Assembly
- DFC : Design For Costcontrol
- DFE : Design For Environment
- DFL : Design For Logistics
- DFM : Design for Manufacturing
- DFP : Design For Performance
- DFT : Design For Test
A robust design should comply to all subjects listed above.
